Each user is entitled to post up to 5 free ads. Beyond this quota, paid options are available (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale). All ads are subject to moderation before publication. The publisher reserves the right to modify, reject or remove any ad that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without being required to provide justification. The publisher does not guarantee the publication of any advertisement.

7. RULES AND AD CONTENT

Users agree to post ads that are:

  • compliant with applicable laws and regulations;
  • accurate and not misleading;
  • not infringing upon the rights of third parties.

It is strictly prohibited to post ads that are:

  • illegal, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
  • relating to prohibited or non-approved products or services;
  • infringing on the rights of third parties;
  • containing counterfeit content;
  • offensive, discriminatory or unlawful in nature;
  • identical duplicates of existing ads.

The publisher cannot be held liable for the content of ads posted by users.

8. REPORTING ABUSIVE ADS

Any user may report an ad they consider to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions using the report button available on each ad. The publisher undertakes to review all reports as quickly as possible and to take appropriate action.

9. LIABILITY

Transactions carried out between users via hamradiomarket.net are concluded directly between buyer and seller. The publisher acts solely as a hosting intermediary and is not a party to such transactions within the meaning of applicable consumer protection legislation.

The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or completeness of the content published on the website.

The publisher shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from proven fault and, where applicable, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the services concerned.

  • Infomaniak Network SA for email management, headquartered in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection legislation, every user has the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to data portability, right to object, and right to restriction of processing.
