  • Billing data: 10 years in accordance with French accounting obligations (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
  • Social login data: deleted simultaneously with account deletion.

HamRadioMarket.net uses the following processors:

Vercel Inc.
Website hosting and delivery. Headquarters in the United States. Vercel adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Supabase Inc.
Database hosting and management. Headquarters in the United States. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Ireland). Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

Stripe Inc.
Payment processing. Headquarters in the United States. Stripe adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Infomaniak Network SA
Email services. Headquarters in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

Google LLC

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Deletion at the user's request
Users may delete their account at any time from *My Account > Settings > Delete my account*. This action results in:

  • immediate deletion of the account and profile data ;
  • deletion of active listings ;
  • revocation of access granted to connected services (Google, Facebook) ;
  • permanent and irreversible deletion of all associated data within 30 days.

Deletion at the publisher's initiative
The publisher reserves the right to delete an account in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use or fraudulent behaviour. The user concerned will be informed by email where possible.

Data retained after deletion
Certain data may be retained beyond account deletion, only where required by law:

  • billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation) ;
  • connection logs: until expiry of the 13-month period from collection.

Revoking social access
Account deletion automatically revokes access granted to Google or Facebook. Users wishing to revoke this access independently may do so from:

8. DATA SECURITY

SDynTech implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including:

  • data access restricted to authorised personnel only ;
  • database hosted within the European Union.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of users, SDynTech undertakes to notify the CNIL within 72 hours in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.
